Welcome to USW Lacrosse Club

Lacrosse is a booming new sport across the UK with a fast paced style of gameplay with 10 players per team.

The majority of members who join have never played lacrosse before so we are open to people of all abilities. There are No Trials and the club is open to people of all skill levels.

USW Lacrosse club is a very friendly and inclusive community offering frequent varied social events including options for non drinkers, encouraging the growth and upholding of a close knit group of like minded people. 

We compete in the BUCS league, fielding both mens and womens teams, with training on Mondays at USW sports park in the Treforest industrial estate (transport to and from is provided) with both home and away matches on Wednesdays.

Joining the club will also offer opportunities to play for both the Cardiff Harlequinns Lacrosse team as well as competing in trials to join the Welsh National Lacrosse teams.

Protective equipment and playing kit will be provided.

**Training times: Mondays 7pm- 8:30pm**
