ACHIEVEMENT CERTIFICATE

To claim your Course Rep Certificate please complete the following by 4th June 2021:

1. Activity Log

The activity log is a checklist where you can tick off the activities you have been involved with. This should be completed and sent to the Student Voice Team by the above deadline. Download the Activity Log here.

2. The Course Rep Feedback Form

Please fill out the form to give the SU feedback on how to improve the scheme for future students. Click here to fill out the Feedback Form.

The level of certificate you receive will be calculated by the point system below.

COURSE REP DUTIES

10 POINTS: COMPLETED ONLINE INITIAL TRAINING

10 POINTS: ATTENDED INITIAL TRAINING WORKSHOP
10 POINTS: ATTENDED A STUDENT STAFF COURSE LIAISON GROUP (SSCLG)
10 POINTS: ATTENDED A COURSE REP ASSEMBLY

*To achieve the bronze award you must attend initial training.

EXTRA DUTIES

10 POINTS: COMPLETED EXTRA DEVELOPMENT TRAINING (PER SESSION)

10 POINTS: ATTENDED EXTRA DEVELOPMENT TRAINING WORKSHOP (PER SESSION)
10 POINTS: COMPLETED COURSE REP FEEDBACK FORM 
15 POINTS: ATTENDED A FOCUS GROUP 
30 POINTS: ATTENDED THE SU'S AGM 
20 POINTS: ATTENDED OTHER SU EVENT  
20 POINTS: CHANGE WEEK (COLLECTING FEEDBACK)
50 POINTS: CHANGE WEEK (LOCKDOWN AND PANEL) 

STUDENT CHOICE AWARDS

10 POINTS: PLACE A STUDENT CHOICE AWARDS NOMINATION
15 POINTS: STUDENT CHOICE AWARDS JUDGE
20 POINTS: STUDENT CHOICE AWARDS PRESENTER
25 POINTS: STUDENT CHOICE AWARDS NOMINEE
50 POINTS: STUDENT CHOICE AWARDS WINNER

Course Reps also have the opportunity to win Course Rep of the Year at the Student Choice Awards.
